I’m not great at maintaining any sort of New Year’s resolutions, so I did not set any private ones. But it’s simpler for me to set them when it comes to luggage (obviously I am a true bag woman at heart), and among my specialist resolutions for 2018 is to bring you more Purseonals and overall bag testimonials. If this tote entered the accessory world, it quickly made it’s way into the traditional category. It combines elegance with casualness in a manner that lots of bags can’t, and due to that it fits my personal aesthetic well. It is easy to bulge bags into”dressy” or”everyday,” and lots of do give themselves to one classification or the other, but that I find the Peekaboo to function either way. That’s especially true because Fendi delivers the bag in so many versions, from large and detailed to little and simple. The understated trapezoid structure is immediately classic: it doesn’t taper too thin to the surface, but nevertheless provides a sleek, recognizable form. There’s a single top handle, which I value over normal double top handles, and an optional shoulder strap (which does not add anything visually, but is an absolute must-have). The hardware in front of this bag is a bronze color (this varies with each bag’s color blend ) that somehow appears even prettier with each new light I view it in.

  • The Kan I design became a fast ladylike classic, and I’d really like to add it to my own collection. While this specific version isn’t on site yet, there is a similar model for $2,490 at Fendi.com right now. Check out all the bags (there are plenty of other fairly pinks and blues; Fendi blue may be my favorite!) At Fendi here. You guys had a few things to say about it–a whole lot, to be exact! 1 thing is for certain it seems: you love the Fendi Kan I F bag or you simply can not stand it. For Spring 2018, Fendi remixes the Kan I F and presents an all-leather, all-over-logo version. Love it or loathe it, one can’t deny that this bag is bold. The shape of this bag may be one we have seen before, but the remixed version has details unlike its predecessor. For starters, the all-over logo leather is not smooth, and it sort of textures embossed because the Fs are textured and raised. That detailing and of itself makes the tote super cool on it’s own, but you put in the whipstitched detailing which adorns the sides of bag, and the tiny leather knots, and you’ve suddenly got a unique bag that’s more than just a normal emblem look.Fendi’s Spring 2018 collection depended heavily on using its emblem, also with this bag, it is clear that the Fendi logo is back and better than ever. This is a purse I would love to grow my growing collection. I typically reach for neutrals, although this bag does come in a neutral colour, I’m obsessed with the red and tan version. One of my favorite things about this bag stays the fact that among the Fs on the top handle strap is golden while the other silver. I often get annoyed when I’ve on contrasting jewellery, so it is pretty cool–and unique–that this tote has both gold and silver on it. The design is actually structured and retains its shape well. It is almost a little stiff, but I imagine it’ll loosen a little with use.

  • Fendi has been focusing on the importance of this tote and seems to be keeping all Peekaboo sales to its own online store. I can’t track down a Peekaboo on any other retailer, but there is an abundance on Fendi.com. And I can attest to the beautiful packaging that the tote comes in: a fantastic yellow Fendi box which opens up to show off your Peekaboo. I always love the experience of unboxing a tote (view my unbox my own Peekaboo here) since it adds to the experience, and this tote is delightful from begin to finish. So excited to discuss that Fendi has some fresh luggage for Fall Winter 2018 (landing in store shelves across September 2018 onwards). There’s the Fendi Double F bag, which is basically a larger, more functional variant of this (mini- sized) Dual Baguette. You see that little circular charm connected to the Double F tote over? I am also so happy to mentiom the Fendi Peekaboo bag has evolved to become incredibly mild! I have held back on buying a Peekaboo for the longest period in the past because of its own weight. But the brand new Peekaboo X Lite retains the original form and appearance, but the center frame was eliminated, making it the ideal bag! They come in various colorways but my heart yearns for the taupe one using all the color- contrast interior… ok I can not pick between that and the Zucca monogram interior. There are also the traditional Fendi peekaboos that have a white coated canvas cover that you can easily detach with the fundamental twistlock.Nothing gives me a case of this shoppies quite enjoy a change of seasons. The temps are now warming up here in NYC, so I’m finally able to begin breaking out my old favorites like my go-to flow-y dresses, sleeveless shirts and lived-in denim shorts.

The different textured leathers as well as the gold-tone trimmings add visual interest, but since the leathers are tonal, the entire concept remains in stability. (If you are indifferent about or strongly dislike the mixed-leather idea, the 2Jours is also available in a model with all smooth leather exterior.) To me, the allure of this 2Jours is its simplicity, enhanced by subtle touches of whimsy. By way of example, I am not usually a fan of hanging tags, but the shield-shaped tag fully complements the geometry of this bag. (it is also possible to get the label monogrammed at Fendi boutiques, which I can do at some point.) But you do not have to pay whole cost for this bag, because Fendi normally participates in department store gift card events. Seasonal colors constantly go on sale, as well as”classic” colours such as black could be located during end-of-season sales (especially when the bag undergoes a redesign, however insignificant the changes really are ). You can also purchase through an European socket (such as Italist) to take advantage of VAT refunds and favorable exchange rates. Finally, most discounters, such as Century 21 and Gilt, will probably have the tote in an odd colour or two on sale at any time.

  • Few luggage introduced in the previous decade have had the staying power that the Fendi 2Jours (literally”two days”) leather shopper has enjoyed. I kept hoping it would fade in popularity so that I could purchase the bag in my color-of-choice on sale, or that it would become so omnipresent that I’d eliminate interest in it. I normally toss in the next (and still have space to spare): a full-sized pocket, a pair of shades in its case, a cosmetic bag, a smartphone, keys, and a couple bags of candy, a large hair brush, plus a midsize pouch that includes each of the loose items that I elect to deliver with me.At somewhat less than 2 pounds empty, the tote is fairly lightweight despite the sturdy construction and all of the hardware. While I am not normally drawn to mixed-media bags, so I thought the way that the 2Jours had been designed is so effortless and harmonious. Front and rear panels are done in a saffiano leather, whereas the gussets are constructed of smooth leather.

  • The standard of each and every material, from the components, to the leather, to the interior lining, is as luxurious as any bag I have. When I opened this bag for the first time, I immediately smelled the leather, and I’d equate it to sitting in a new vehicle. I also really enjoy the stitching on the bag, and the interior is equally as well-constructed since the exterior. The only thing I am still figuring out in my particular bag with the structure is the peekaboo aspect. There are leather tabs on the surface of the bag that attach the front and the rear with a metallic pop-in. Should you unlatch the front of the bag can provide more to expose the middle partition, which gives the peekaboo effect the tote is named after. However, my tote doesn’t easily show the middle, as many photographs reveal. I’ve attempted to unlatch the sides to permit for extra sacrifice, but it has not actually done the trick. I think 2 things come into play here: 1) my bag is still really new, so the leather hasn’t had time to split into fall down a bit and two ) that the peekaboo effect works on the large-size tote. I know for certain as the tote gets smaller the peeking effect doesn’t occur too much, but it’s something to keep in mind in the event that you really need this to show. With this in mind, I did reach out into the Fendi team and they confirmed some of my own ideas sharing that although the Peekaboo in regular size is highly ordered, the leather will soften overtime and if you unbutton the sides you will be able to further achieve the peeking effect. Fendi’s Selleria (Cuoio Romano) leather is softer, and will obviously have a more different rotational impact, even at the regular size. It does not bother me much, because my tote looks really beautiful how it is and that I do not want the leather to overeat.

  • I expect you all are recovering from the holidays and New Year and getting back into the swing of life ok today. As for me, I keep thinking today is a Friday and sense incredibly overwhelmed to get my house de-Christmas-ed, reunite presents that did not work, and make sense of existence –while attempting to start 2018 on the right foot (we all try to do this, right?) . As I get older, Vlad and I have a tendency to give less gifts to one another and actually just focus on spending the holidays together.Truth be informed if there’s a bag that I want I go buy it , I do not wait for Vlad to get it for me, so I do not generally find a bag under the tree. In addition, I love to spend some time finding the ideal bag, which doesn’t necessarily line up with Christmas. Occasionally I wait to have a look at the sales, and because so many sales happen after the holidays it seems absurd to get a bag full price when it might be marked down soon. If you got cash for a holiday present and are searching for a Fendi bag, there’s a good assortment on Fendi.com right now and that’s where I discovered myself this morning. From the By the Way to the 2Jours into the Dual Baguette, there are tons of bags available in Fendi right now that I am lusting after. The rates are really good too, so if you’re interested, now’s the moment! Shop the entire Fendi women’s sale here.I’m a big fan of the Boston tote and this color combo is indeed fresh. The off-white leather (they call it Camelia) is offset with fairly mint piping and pink studs. This bag is not over the top, it’s only perfect. There’s only 1 left, so I would love for one of you to get it!

  • I rely on my accessories–but mainly my purse –to spruce up my outfit, and today I am in luck, but so are you, because Fendi is having a major sale. Yes, you heard me correctly: many of my favorite Fendi bags are now up for grabs at around 50% off their original price, and what better way to spruce up last year’s warm weather pieces than by picking up a brand new bag? It is possible to shop early access to the whole Fendi women’s sale here, exclusively for PurseBlog subscribers, or take a look at my favorite picks below. To present something special to the man in your life store the men’s sale here, and if your littles want something too check out what is on sale for children too. I appreciate every time a brand hones in on a set variety of bag designs that are working and reinvents them in fresh colorways, sizes and materials each season. Fendi is one of those brands that is best at doing this; the manufacturer has a fixed amount of large designs for the home and rather than churning out innumerable new designs, they stick with their bread and butter and every couple of seasons will bring a new, large design in. The minute Fendi introduced the Kan I, I loved it. The layout did well upon it’s launch that Fendi had a hard time keeping it in stock. Like many other Fendi classics, the Kan I is offered in a wide variety of options, and like many other Fendi bags, I’m always looking for the new favorite. I found a version that is not what I’d usually go for, but I love it nonetheless. This pink Fendi Kan I is what spring fantasies are made of, together with the prettiest hue of pink leather, adorned with pink balls and dark whipstitching, which provides a nice contrast. There is an almost vacation feel to the style, like you can carry this on New Year’s Eve but you could also take it on a picnic table and it could be ideal foreground fodder to your perfect spring Instagram pic.

  • She is girly and edgy all at precisely the exact same moment. I really like that Fendi bags are really simple to add little charms and diverse touches such as this pouf, but have a classic arrangement that pair nicely with any dress you may wear.Of course the price point is a factor, but I really find that when I buy a great deal of inexpensive bags I keep buying new ones to fix the problems of this older. I like to invest, but we all have our favorite things to splurge on, so it is unquestionably a varying factor. If you like to hold you bags at the crook of your arm, so you can with this but it’s just awkward with all the dimensions! (The small, elongated logo bag that garnered a lot of attention and enjoy among the likes of Carrie Bradshaw.) Then, a couple seasons ago, there was the Fendi buggy. (The vibrant, furry accessories which added personality to purses) Now, the brand is introducing the Fendi Strap You, a series of purse accoutrements that enable you to mix and match limited-edition straps to up the ante in your arm candy.Of course, Fendi does not do anything quietly. These luminous, embellished style-makers are no different. You will find geometrically patterned straps and straps that are bigger than the bags themselves. There are thickly woven straps and straps with large flowers on these (a motif throughout the tag’s accessory range). Yes, even if the actual purse is not Fendi itself. Consider this a small flair it is possible to buy, swap, trade, or — like trendy Pokemon — grab’em all.
